Shipping Policy – Pre-Order Items

All items currently listed as pre-order are made-to-order and require additional processing time before shipment.

Estimated Shipping Timeframe Pre-order items are estimated to ship within 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Payment Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the 6–8 week fulfillment window.

Order Updates We will keep you informed throughout the process. If there are any unexpected delays beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds on pre-order items. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us on Discord.

Size Changes Need to change your size? No problem, size exchanges are accepted before your order has been shipped. Please contact us on Discord as soon as possible to make any changes.

Mixed Orders If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready — unless you contact us to request separate shipments (additional shipping fees may apply).
