Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Size Exchanges We understand sizing can be tricky. If you need to change your size, we are happy to accommodate size exchange requests before your order has shipped. Please contact us on Discord as soon as possible: https://discord.gg/M82Yf4SbRg
Size change requests cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and issue
We will make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier or checking with neighbors before reaching out to us.
Chargebacks We strongly encourage you to contact us on Discord before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and we're always happy to help.
